Cancellation and No-Refund Policy

By booking a session through MentorAID Connect, you agree to this policy. Sessions are confirmed only after successful payment and platform confirmation.

All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes a change of mind, dissatisfaction with a mentor's advice or style, non-attendance, late arrival, and user-side technical issues.

You may cancel a session at any time, but cancelling does not entitle you to a refund. Late arrival shortens the session by the time lost, and a missed session is treated as completed.

Where a mentor or the platform cannot conduct a confirmed session, or in other exceptional circumstances, MentorAID Connect may, at its sole discretion, offer a reschedule, an alternative mentor with your consent, or a credit or refund where appropriate.

Promotional benefits carry no cash value. You agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks. Doing so may result in suspension of your account.

Any exception we grant is discretionary, sets no precedent, and all decisions are final, subject to applicable law.
